The automotive fuel evaporation emission nylon pipe assembly is a dedicated nylon piping system in the EVAP system that connects the fuel tank, activated carbon canister, and control valve, used to convey fuel vapor and featuring low permeability, oil resistance, and heat resistance properties. It is specifically designed to safely transport the hydrocarbon (HC) vapor generated by the fuel tank to the activated carbon canister for adsorption and storage, or to introduce it into the intake manifold for combustion during engine operation, thereby preventing the vapor from directly being discharged into the atmosphere, while also meeting the stringent regulations of the Euro VI standard for carbon hydrogen permeability limits.

Key Structures and Characteristics:
Material Composition: Typically, it consists of a multi-layer composite nylon pipe (such as PA12 outer layer + EVOH barrier layer + conductive inner layer), which combines high barrier properties (anti-penetration), resistance to ethanol gasoline corrosion, anti-static properties, and resistance to high and low temperatures (-40°C to 125°C +).
Component Shape: It is not a single straight pipe but a modular assembly including pre-formed bent pipes, wave-damping sections, and integrated quick connectors, to adapt to the vibration and complex layout of the engine compartment.
