Principle and application of automobile abs sensor
The working principle of automobile abs is:

In the emergency braking, relying on the highly sensitive wheel speed sensor installed on each wheel, the wheel lock is found, and the computer immediately controls the pressure regulator to relieve the pressure of the brake pump of the wheel to prevent the wheel lock. The abs system consists of abs pump, wheel speed sensor and brake switch.
The role of abs system is:

1, avoid vehicle loss of control, increase the braking distance, improve vehicle safety;

2, improve the braking performance of the vehicle;

3, to prevent the wheel in the braking process;

4. Ensure that the driver can control the direction when braking and prevent the rear axle from sliding.

The role of ABS, as the name suggests, the main role of the anti-lock braking system is to prevent the wheel from being locked due to excessive braking force in the case of emergency braking of the vehicle, causing the vehicle to lose control of the device. For example, when we find an obstacle in front of us, the vehicle equipped with ABS system can easily steer to avoid emergency braking at the same time.

When the vehicle is not equipped with the ABS system in emergency braking, because the braking force of the four wheels is the same, the friction of the tire on the ground is basically the same, at this time the vehicle will be extremely difficult to turn, and it is easy to cause the danger of the vehicle losing control. It is enough to see how important ABS system is to our driving safety. We do not have to worry about this, now the national standard has forced car companies in the vehicle production process must be standard ABS anti-lock system.

So how does ABS anti-lock braking system work? Before understanding its working principle, we must first understand the components of ABS anti-lock system, ABS is mainly composed of wheel speed sensor, electronic control unit, brake hydraulic regulator, brake master cylinder and other parts. When the vehicle needs to brake, the wheel speed sensor on the wheel will detect the wheel speed signal of the four wheels at this time, and then send it to the VCU (vehicle controller), the VCU control unit will analyze these signals to determine the state of the vehicle at this time, and then the VCU sends the brake pressure control command to the ABS pressure regulator (ABS pump).

When the ABS pressure regulator receives the brake pressure control instruction, it directly or indirectly controls the brake pressure of each channel by controlling the internal solenoid valve of the ABS pressure regulator, so as to adjust the braking torque of the four wheels, so as to adapt it to the ground adhesion, and prevent a wheel from being locked due to excessive braking force.

Many old drivers see here may think that we usually drive the "spot brake" can play an anti-lock effect. It needs to be emphasized here that this concept is outdated, and it can even be said that the way of "spot brake" intermittent braking has affected driving safety.

Why do you say that? This is to start from the origin of the "spot brake", the so-called "spot brake", is not equipped with ABS anti-lock system on the vehicle by artificially stepping on the discontinuous brake operation of the pedal, so that the wheel braking force is sometimes no, so as to prevent the effect of wheel lock. It should be noted here that now the vehicle has all the standard ABS anti-lock system, different brands of anti-lock system will have some differences, but basically can do the detection signal 10~30 times/second, the number of braking 70~150 times/second execution frequency, this perception and execution frequency is impossible to reach.

ABS anti-lock braking system needs to be in continuous braking to effectively play its function. When we artificially "spot-brake" intermittent braking, the ABS anti-lock braking system receives the detection signal from time to time, and ABS will not be able to work effectively, which will lead to reduced braking efficiency and even too long braking distance.
