1. It must be used when there is rain. The wiper blade is used to clean the rainwater on the front windshield. You can't use it without rain. You can't scrape dry without water. Due to the increase of friction resistance due to lack of water, the rubber wiper blade and wiper motor will be damaged! Even if there is rain, it should not be wiped if the rain is not enough to start the wiper blade. Be sure to wait until there is enough rain on the glass surface. The "enough" here will not block the driving line of sight.
2. It is not recommended to use the wiper blade to remove the dust on the windshield surface. Even if you want to do this, you must spray glass water at the same time! Never dry scrape without water. If there are solid things on the windshield, such as the dried up feces of birds such as pigeons, you must not use the wiper directly! Please clean the bird droppings manually first. These hard things (such as other large particles of gravel) are very easy to cause local injury to the wiper blade, resulting in unclean rain.
3. The premature scrapping of some wiper blades is directly related to improper car washing. There is a thin oily film on the glass surface before the car leaves the factory. When washing the car, the front windshield is not wiped lightly, and the oil film on the surface is washed off, which is not conducive to the downflow of rain, resulting in rain easy to stop on the glass surface. Second, it will increase the friction resistance between the rubber sheet and the glass surface. This is also the reason for the instantaneous pause of the wiper blade due to immobility. If the wiper blade does not move and the motor continues to run, it is very easy to burn the motor.
4. If you can use slow gear, you don't need fast gear. When using the wiper, there are fast and slow gears. If you scrape fast, you will use it more frequently and have more friction times, and the service life of the wiper blade will be reduced accordingly. The wiper blades can be replaced half by half. The wiper in front of the driver's seat has the highest utilization rate. It has been used more times, has a large range, and has large friction loss. Moreover, the driver's line of sight is also very important, so this wiper is often replaced. The replacement times of the wiper corresponding to the front passenger seat can be relatively less.
5. Pay attention not to physically damage the wiper blade at ordinary times. When the wiper blade needs to be lifted during car washing and daily dusting, try to move the heel spine of the wiper blade and return it gently when it is placed. Do not snap the wiper blade back.
6. In addition to the above, pay attention to the cleaning of the wiper blade itself. If it is attached with sand and dust, it will not only scratch the glass, but also cause its own injury. Try not to be exposed to high temperature, frost, dust and other conditions. High temperature and frost will accelerate the aging of the wiper blade, and more dust will cause a bad wiping environment, which is easy to cause damage to the wiper blade. It snows at night in winter. In the morning, do not use the wiper blade to remove the snow on the glass.
