Removal and replacement of thrust plate
Disassembly
1. For the connecting rod type jaw crusher as a whole, the bolt of the baffle should be screwed out first and the dry oil lubricating oil pipe should be cut off.
2. Lift with the lifting device, then loosen the spring at one end of the horizontal tie rod, pull the moving jaw to the fixed jaw direction, and take out the thrust plate. When taking the rear thrust plate, the connecting rod should be pulled apart with the front thrust plate and the moving jaw, and then the rear thrust plate should be taken out. Generally, a wire rope is used to pass through the opening in the foundation, and the manual winch used to remove the thrust plate is used to pull the moving jaw or the moving jaw and the connecting rod apart from the front wall of the jaw crusher. Before pulling apart, in order to ensure that the discharge port is in the maximum state, the connecting rod should be placed at the bottom position.
3. After the thrust plate is removed, the thin oil lubricating oil pipe and cooling water pipe should be cut off in time.
4. Use a support pillar under the connecting rod, then remove the connecting rod cover and pull out the connecting rod.
5. Remove the main shaft, belt wheel, flywheel, triangle belt. (Under normal circumstances, in order to facilitate the removal of the triangle belt, the motor along the slide rail as close as possible to the crusher, and then use the crane to lift the shaft.)
6. When removing the moving jaw, you must first cut off the dry oil lubricating oil pipe, remove the bearing cover, and then use the crane or other lifting equipment to pull out the moving jaw.

Switch
First, in the crushing production process, the thrust plate is seriously worn or broken, and the ore in the jaw crusher should be cleaned first.
Second, the worn or broken thrust plate is removed from the jaw crusher and the elbow plate on the moving jaw and connecting rod is checked for damage.
Third, pull the moving jaw near the fixed jaw, and replace the working surface of the elbow plate with a new thrust plate after lubricating it with dry oil.
Fourth, after the thrust plate and the working surface of the elbow plate slowly contact, and pull the horizontal tie rod, so that the moving jaw clamps the thrust plate, tighten the safety cover.
Fifth, then let the thrust plate of the jaw crusher connect with the lubrication system to ensure that the lubrication system is normal.
Sixth, finally according to the needs of users, adjust the size of the discharge port.
