Disassembly of piston connecting rod group
If your car is stalled in water, please do not force the ignition, because when the water is higher than the engine air intake, the water will directly enter the cylinder, forming a soft water mixture, the gas can be compressed, and the water can not be compressed. When the engine is in water and the crankshaft pushes the connecting rod to compress in the direction of the piston, the water cannot be compressed. After the connecting rod is subjected to the resistance of water, it will deform and bend, or even break.
1. Precautions for disassembly
① The external dust should be removed before disassembly, carefully observe and remember the location and mark of each disassembled part.
② Before pulling out the piston connecting rod, the carbon step on the upper part of the cylinder liner must be scraped to avoid damaging the piston and piston ring.
③ When taking the piston connecting rod group, the wooden rod can be directly pushed out. After the piston connecting rod group is pulled out, the connecting rod cover, tile and connecting rod bolt should be installed in situ immediately.
④ When removing the cylinder liner, the cylinder liner puller or wooden rod should be used. Do not hit the cylinder liner directly with the metal rod.
⑤ The removed piston ring should be placed in sequence. Cylinder gaskets and paper gaskets should be kept properly.
⑥ If it is necessary to remove the flywheel, the flywheel puller should be used, and the two bolts of the puller should be twisted alternately, and it is strictly forbidden to use a hand hammer to hammer hard. When removing the flywheel, in order to prevent the flywheel loose suddenly fall injury, do not rush to remove the flywheel nut after loosening.

2. Installation precautions
① The parts must be cleaned before installation, check the clearance, and carry out technical evaluation. Parts that do not meet technical requirements must be repaired or replaced.
② The pit of the vortex chamber at the top of the piston and the lubricating oil hole at the small end of the connecting rod should be on the same side, and must be upward.
③ When replacing the new cylinder liner, the cylinder set should be put into the installation hole before installing the water resistance ring, check the height of the protrating body, and can be formally installed after meeting the requirements. The cylinder liner of the S195 diesel engine can be rotated 90° if the wear is not large. The cylinder liner of the S195 diesel engine cannot be turned.
④ When installing the piston ring, be careful not to scratch the piston and break the piston ring. The chrome-plated ring shall be installed in the first ring groove. If the inner edge of the second and third gas rings has grooves, the grooves should be made upward; If the outer edge has grooves, the grooves should be made downward. The chamfer on the outer edge of the oil ring should be upward. The two and three gas rings of the four-ring piston ring are conical rings, and the side with "department" or "┬" on the ring should be upward when installed. When installing the combined oil ring, the lining ring should be installed first, and its two ends should not overlap and bend, and then install the following flat ring, so that it presses the lining ring opening, and then install the waveform ring and the above two flat rings. When using four-ring piston rings or combined oil rings, the oil ring should be loaded into the first oil ring groove. The piston connecting rod assembly should be coated with fresh oil on the surface of the piston and cylinder liner before loading into the cylinder. When loading, the opening of the piston ring should be staggered 120° from each other, and avoid the eddy current pit and the piston pin hole, avoid the position of the piston under side pressure. Special tools (iron clamps) should be used when the piston ring is loaded into the cylinder liner.
After use, the left and right main bearings are not allowed to be replaced, and the upper and lower connecting rod tiles cannot be incorrectly installed. The connecting rod tile should have a certain tightness after pressing into the tile seat, and slightly higher than the tile seat plane.
6. The roll edge of the cylinder pad should face the cylinder head side, and the holes should be aligned with the holes of the body. When tightening the cylinder head nut, it should be evenly tightened in diagonal cross sections according to the specified torque. Too loose is easy to leak and burn cylinder pad; Too tight is easy to make the cylinder pad lose elasticity, resulting in bolt or screw hole slip. Replace the new cylinder gasket, and tighten the cylinder head nut once more after 20h of operation.
