3, pull rod and direction machine connection ball head: some cars this ball head has a slot, you can use an adjustable wrench stuck in the slot to screw down, some cars are circular design, then it is necessary to use pipe pliers to remove the ball head, the ball head loose, you can take down the rod;
4, install the new pull rod: compare the pull rod, confirm the same accessories, can be assembled, first put one end of the pull rod mounted on the direction machine, but also to the direction machine lock riveting, and then install the screws connected with the steering knuckle;
5. Tighten the dust jacket: although this is a very simple operation, it has a great effect. If this place is not handled well, the water in the direction machine will lead to abnormal sound in the direction.
6, do four wheel positioning: after the replacement of the tie rod, we must do four wheel positioning, the data adjustment in the normal range, otherwise the front bundle is wrong, resulting in gnawing.
