Compared with the former, the compression The force condition of the tight spring is improved, and it is only used to eliminate the gap caused by the wear of the spherical part.

The two joints are connected with the tie-rod body by threads, and the threaded parts of the joints have cutouts, so they are elastic. The joints are screwed onto the tie-rod body and clamped with clamping bolts. One end of the thread at both ends of the tie rod is right-handed, and the other end is left-handed. Therefore, after the clamping bolt is loosened, the total length of the tie rod can be changed by turning the tie rod body, thereby adjusting the toe-in of the steering wheel.
