The automotive heating water box is the core heat exchange component in the automotive heating system. When the engine is running, the hot coolant flows out from the cylinder head and enters the heating water box through the pipes.
The coolant flows through the metal (such as aluminum or copper) or composite material pipes in the heating water box and releases heat.
The blower forces the external or internal circulating air to flow over the heated pipes and heat sinks, and the air is heated and sent into the cabin.
The cooled liquid returns to the engine through the outlet pipe to complete the circulation.
