Automobile headlamp structure — light distribution mirror

It plays a protective role for the whole headlamp assembly. The beam formed by the light source of the automobile headlamp through the reflector is difficult to meet the requirements of laws and regulations for the headlamp. The light distribution mirror is also required to change, widen or narrow the beam, so as to form the required lighting in front of the vehicle. This function is completed by the headlamp distribution mirror (headlamp glass). The headlamp lens is composed of many uneven small prisms. It can refract and scatter the light reflected by the reflector to meet the light distribution requirements of the headlamp.
