What is an automotive reflector?
The automotive reflector (also known as a reflective panel or reflective sheet) is a passive safety device that does not require an external power source. It uses an internal micro-prism or glass microsphere structure to reflect the light from external sources (such as the headlights of other vehicles) back along the original path, significantly enhancing the visibility of the vehicle in nighttime or low-visibility conditions.

When washing the car, it is recommended to check if the reflector is dirty, loose, or damaged to ensure the passive safety performance at night.
