The multi-body dynamic method is used to evaluate the structural durability of body closing parts. The body part is regarded as rigid body, and the closing parts are defined as flexible body. Transient nonlinear method

The finite element model used in the transient nonlinear simulation is the most comprehensive, including the closing part itself and related accessories, such as seal, door lock mechanism, buffer block, pneumatic/electric pole, etc., and also considers the matching parts of the body in white. For example, in the SLAM analysis process of the front cover, the durability of the body sheet metal parts such as the upper beam of the water tank and headlamp support is also examined
